Pure Wellness Studio is searching for a professional, motivated, personable, energetic and organized individual for Front Desk. The individual should have experience working in the customer service or retail industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Excellent communicator to clients and staff

• Book client sessions for massage, acupuncture and fitness

• Keep center clean, organized, and running smoothly

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience working in the customer service or retail industry with a background in the health, fitness, or spa industry is a plus but not necessary.

• A professional appearance and pleasant personality.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Top organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work both independently and interdependently
